Four Studios

Interior Solutions

"Four Studio" is a renovation project in which the owner wanted to divide each apartment into two separate studios. To achieve this, we worked with a focus on fulfilling this request while minimizing modification costs, by keeping the existing staircase to reduce expenses. Our goal was to realize this vision efficiently and economically, while offering functional and appealing spaces.

For this project, we set ourselves the challenge of achieving all the convenants at the lowest cost. We chose to retain the basic staircase and maintain the location of the toilets.The central element of our design was the creation of an intelligent partition serving as a common area (DGT) for the two studios. The final result reflects our commitment to pushing the boundaries of design while remaining true to our budgetary goals.
